A lecture on “Plant-Based Meat Production Process: Opportunities and New Frontiers in the Future of Plant Protein Food Products” was delivered by Dr. Waraporn Prasert, Head of the Food Technology Transfer and Information Center and Researcher (Professional Level) at the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University.
