Hands-on training workshop on Thai Culinary Demonstration and Practice (Savory and Sweet Dishes)

 

On November 19, 2025, at the Amorn Bhumiratana Building, Kasetsart University (Bangkhen Campus), the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), in collaboration with the Kasetsart University International College (KUIC), organized a hands-on training workshop on “Thai Culinary Demonstration and Practice (Savory and Sweet Dishes).”

The activity aimed to enhance academic knowledge and cultural experience for 40 participating students, both Thai and international. The workshop was led by IFRPD experts as follows:

  • Mr. Yathippawi Pakkaew – Scientist (Professional Level)
  • Dr. Safiah Saah – Researcher (Senior Professional Level)
  • Ms. Patthinun Varichanan – Researcher (Senior Professional Level)
