From July 21 to 23, 2025, at Training Room 211, Amorn Bhumiratana Building, the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), in collaboration with Dennis Forte and Associates, organized the 2025 Annual International Training Course on Applied Food and Feed Extrusion Technology. The course was conducted by Mr. Dennis Forte, an expert in extrusion technology, who delivered lectures and supervised practical training. This year, the training was attended by a total of 15 participants, both Thai and international.

On July 21, 2025, Dr. Pramuan Saithong, Deputy Director, graciously presided over and delivered the opening remarks for the training course.

This Applied Extrusion Course provides participants with an understanding of the underlying theory of the extrusion process, combined with pilot plant exercises demonstrating how the principles are applied across different products and extruder types.
