From July 24 to 25, 2025, at Training Room 211, Amorn Bhumiratana Building, the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), in collaboration with Dennis Forte and Associates, organized the 2025 Annual International Training Course on Food and Feed Drying Technology. The course was conducted by Mr. Dennis Forte, an expert in extrusion technology, who delivered lectures to participants. This year, the training was attended by a total of eight participants, both Thai and international.

This short course in Drying Technology combines the practical perspective of experienced industry professionals with the in-depth technical knowledge of drying processes.
