KU FOOD new product: Quick Cooking Sticky Rice

 

KU FOOD Brand, the brand under the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University, has launched a new product named "Quick Cooking Sticky Rice". 

Everyone can easily cook sticky rice at home with this kind of our new product. Just add mineral water into the rice and cook it in a Microwave oven. No need to soak the rice in water for a long time anymore.

Ingredient: 100% Sticky Rice

How to cook:

  1. Use raw sticky rice 40 grams per mineral water 100 grams
  2. Pour the water to cover the rice
  3. Stir the rice in water until completely wet
  4. Put the rice soaked in water into a Microwave oven; use 800 watts and middle heat for 3 minutes
  5. Then, take the rice out of the oven and stir it from the bottom to the top
  6. Put it into the Microwave oven once again for 2 minutes
  7. After that, take it out of the oven and leave it for a while to let the rice set and get sticky
