January 23, 2025, at Kamphon Adulwit Conference Room in the Kasetsart University Golden Jubilee Administration and Information Center Building, the press conference of KU annual event "Kaset Fair" was taken place. It is named as Kaset Fair 2025 for this year, which will start from January 31 to February 8, 2025 at Kasetsart University (Bangkhen Campus). They are honored by Dr. Damrong Sripraram, KU Vice President for Administration and Carbon Neutrality, as the representative of the KU President, addressing the opening remarks. Furthermore, there were Asst. Prof. Dr. Tanin Kongsila (Vice President for Human Resources and Strategies), Asst. Prof. Dr. Krit Won-in (Vice President for Innovations and Social Missions), and Asst. Prof. Ratchot Chompunich (Vice President for Student Affairs and Sustainable Development) joining this event as well.

Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD) led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Tanin Kongsila, as the IFRPD Acting Director, together with Dr. Pramuan Saithong, IFRPD Deputy Director, and their colleagues also attended the event and exhibited KU FOOD products. For example, Quick Cooking Sticky Rice, Plant-based protein, Mango Chili Sauce, and Fruite Vinergar Juice. There were also IFRPD's signature menus such as, minced pork omelette topping with mango chili sauce, and stir-fried plant-based protein with holy basil, prepared for participants to taste.
