Dr. Thipthida Kaewtathip, a Professional Researcher from the Food Chemistry and Physics Department under the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University, delivered the knowledge on the topic of "Technologies of Food Processing for Value Addition" in a seminar event at the TIF & Food Pack Asia 2025.
