June 25–26, 2025, at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand. Ms. Sirinrat Srikulnart, Scientist (Professional Level) at the Food Quality Assurance Service Center (FQA), Institute of Food Research and Product Development, Kasetsart University, was invited as a guest speaker to present on the topic “The Current Situation of Food Allergens in Thailand” at the Food Allergen Asia (FAA) conference.
The conference brought together global experts in food allergens, government agencies, food industry representatives, and researchers from both Thailand and abroad.
