June 24, 2025 at the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University. Mrs. Sirinrat Srikulnath, a scientist (professional level) from the Food Quality Assurance Service Center (FQA), welcomed Associate Professor Alice Lee, a leading researcher in food allergy and protein biochemistry research at University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. Mrs. Srikulnath gave a tour of the laboratories within FQA, including the microbiology laboratory, chemistry laboratory and food allergen laboratory.
