Workshop Seminar on Developing and Upgrading Q Restaurant to a Premium Level

 

February 18, 2025 at Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Resort, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. Dr. Jutamat Klinsoda, a Professional Researcher from the Applied Microbiology Department under the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University, delivered knowledge on the topic of "Guidelines for developing food products and hygienic food preparation for restaurant operators" at the workshop seminar on Developing and Upgrading Q Restaurant to a Premium Level.

The said seminar was held by the National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards (ACFS) during February 17-19, 2025, to create awareness of Q products, increase distribution channels for standard agricultural products and raise awareness for restaurants to choose safe agricultural products, as well as create an integrated working network to develop and elevate premium Q restaurants.
